Vicks Vaporub is a medicated rub to help relieve the symptoms of chesty colds. Relieves nasal congestion for up to 8 hours, eases coughs due to colds. Can also be used as an inhalation.

Rub onto chest and back or place 2 teaspoonsful in a bowl of hot not boiling water and inhale the vapours. Apply as symptoms require.

2.9% menthol, 5.3% camphor, 0.1% thymol, 1.3% eucalyptus oil, 4.8% turpentine oil, 0.5% nutmeg oil, 0.5% cedarwood oil.

Use with caution with children under 6 months.
