Use
For people who suffer regular outbreaks of Cold Sores take two (2) tablets once daily. To reduce the risk of an outbreak. For people who feel a Cold Sore coming on (likely to be most effective if taken during the initial onset phase) take one (1) tablet three times daily. To manage the outbreak.
