Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Each Capsule Provides: 40 Billion Good Organisms: Lactobacillus Acidophilus (NCFM) Organisms 32 billion Lactobacillus Rhamnosus Organisms 4 billion Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (Boulardii) Organisms 4 billion Saccharomyces Cerevisiae is a probiotic yeast and contains lactose. Also contains: Naturally derived vegetable capsule. No added: Artificial flavouring,colouring or preservatives. Free from: Gluten, wheat, corn, eggs, nuts and salt.
