Ego Resolve Nappy Rash Cream

Resolve Nappy Rash is formulated for the effective treatment of fungal infected nappy rash. The ointment base is easy to apply to inflamed skin and forms a protective barrier, while the zinc oxide helps soothe, heal and protect the infected area. Resolve Nappy Rash is a low irritant formula, free of fragrance, lanolin, propylene glycol, colour and preservatives.

At each nappy change, clean and dry the entire affected area, and then apply the ointment gently without rubbing. Resolve Nappy Rash should particularly be applied at night when there is prolonged exposure to wet nappies. Continue treatment for 7 days after nappy rash has cleared to ensure complete treatment. Cleanse with a soap alternative as soap may irritate the skin.
