Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that works synergistically in the body to help combat free radical buildup and prevent against free oxidative damage.
Zinc has been shown to be beneficial in maintaining optimum healthy vision. Copper is essential for zinc absorption and utilisation in the body.
Selenium is an antioxidant mineral and an important mineral in the lens of the human eye. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are yellow-orange carotenoids present in significant amounts in the macula of the retina in the eye.
Lutein supplementation may support optimum macular pigment density and maintain healthy function of the macula.
