Information - Clinicians REM Sleep
Clinicians REM Sleep contains 5-HTP which should not be used alongside SSRI and MAOI anti-depressant medication. Individuals taking these medications should use REM Sleep under the supervision of a pharmacist or healthcare professional, or should not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under direction of a health care professional. REM Sleep is not recommended for use during pregnancy, and breastfeeding women should use this product under healthcare supervision.
Use
Take 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. Repeat the dose during the night if required.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients in two capsules: 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) 50mg, Magnesium aspartate 125mg, Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 25mg, Vitamin B6 10mg, Passionflower 270mg, Skullcap 160mg.
