Information - Blackmores Valerian Forte
Research has found that valerian extract is able to significantly improve sleep quality, reduce time taken to fall asleep, and reduce frequency of night awakenings - especially in people with a history of poor sleeping habits. Blackmores Valerian Forte is formulated at the dose used in clinical trials to significantly improve sleep quality amongst habitually poor and irregular sleepers. Blackmores Valerian Forte lacks the commonly experienced side effects of pharmaceutical sedatives, including depressed co-ordination and morning sleepiness.
Use
Adults - Take one tablet one hour before bed daily, or when experiencing insomnia. Children (under 12 years) - As professionally prescribed.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract equivalent to dry root 1.8 g (1800 mg) (standardised to contain valerenic acids 3.2 mg).
