We apply a flat rate shipping charge of NZD4.95 to all orders regardless of the number of items, size or weight of your goods or destination. This charge is inclusive of actual shipping costs as well as our processing, labor and materials charges associated with handling your order.

Orders are dispatched via International Airmail:

		Our expected delivery time to within North America is 6-10 days from dispatch.
		Our expected delivery time to the UK and Europe is 6-10 days from dispatch.
		Our expected delivery time to Australia is 3-6 days from dispatch.

Often we will dispatch your order on the same day and almost all orders are dispatched within 48hrs of receipt, subject to not arriving at the start or just before the weekend. In the event that there is a shipping delay you will be notified by e-mail and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

With only one or exceptions, which we highlight on the specific product page we don't expect you to have any import problems with our product range. If you have any concerns then please contact us. In the unlikely event customs withholds your order and we have failed to advise you of this possibility we undertake to provide a full refund.  

 

If you believe your order has been delayed or is overdue, please contact us. We will re-ship at no cost to you any order that we determine has been lost or damaged.
